Triple L Consulting is a company based in Hooglanderveen, The Netherlands. Triple L Consulting was founded with the aim of using our 20 years of experience in the demolition and project development industry to realize projects for third-party account.

Demolition
We offer you the entire range of services for demolition work, from stripping-out the building, to demolition and industrial scrapping, to rehabilitation, recycling and disposal of the construction waste material and all pollutants.
Know-how and many years of experience are the prerequisites for on-schedule project execution.
Brownfield development or (new) development locations
Our property acquisition services has a network in Germany and Spain for acquiring new development locations in the field of logistics.
We have our network and would like to get in touch with other parties who can offer us (new) development sites and/or development projects. We are also open to project and structural cooperation with owners and investors.
Our requirements: minimum project size of approx. 5,000 m² in locations with good market demand.
Consulting
Triple L Consulting specializes in providing total solutions for the safe, environmentally friendly and cost-effective implementation of projects.
With a proven track record and an extensive and experienced background, we are able to offer the full range of solutions from the initial planning phase, calculation, to supervising and delivering the project.
Management
Triple L Management specializes in tasks for senior management when it comes to project support, commercial, (new) business development, marketing and sales.
Customers also commission us for solid tasks where specific knowledge is required or where something really needs to be done: qualitative change, (re)structuring or professionalization.
Klinker Historika
On behalf of Klinker Historika GmbH from Germany, Triple L Consulting mediates for the purchase of bricks from demolition projects.
Every brick that is reused is good for reducing CO2 emissions, so together we give a good interpretation to concepts such as sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Compared to the production of new clinker bricks, the recycled clinker from Klinker Historika GmbH, with 14.5 kg of CO2 per tonne, results in 95% less CO2 emissions.
Our working method is that during demolition outside the scope of the demolition activities, we sort, clean and pack the masonry bricks on pallets, after which we remove the bricks. The Employees work under the SCC certificate which is the European standard for VCA basis.
The unusable facing bricks and the remnants of the sawing work for brick slips are ground into granulate. This valuable by-product is used as a substrate for green roofs.
